Een maal per jaar publiceert het NIA het tijdschrift "Pharos".

Dit tijdschrift geeft Nederlandse academici en geleerden die zich in hun onderzoek en veldwerk richten op Griekenland, de mogelijkheid hierover verslag te doen.

In deze jaarlijkse uitgave wordt regelmatig verslag uitgebracht van onderzoeksprojecten die worden uitgevoerd onder het toezicht van het NIA.

De laatste jaren worden in "Pharos" ook niet-archeologische wetenschappelijke artikelen gepubliceerd.
